Hi, I’m Cristin.
I'm the person behind Birch + Bloom.
I've spent much of my life and career bringing people together in organizations, communities and around dinner tables. I'm increasingly curious — and a little in awe — of what can happen when we make more room for creativity, connection and real conversation.
Birch + Bloom grew from that curiosity.
It's a place to gather around some of the things that come with being human. Sometimes that's about our work. Sometimes it's about belonging, honouring grief, moving through change or simply noticing the season of life we're in.
What we gather around changes, and so does the shape it takes.
My work is rooted in the belief that our humanity is worth making room for.
