A Leadership Practice for the Times We Are In

Leadership Circles were born from a dream of a practice ground that honours our inner knowing, trust, and dedicated spaces rooted in belonging, community, and creativity. They are spaces to step out of expectation and reactivity and into presence and intention. These spaces are purposely designed to pause, listen, and remember what kind of leader you want to be, not just in your work, but in your life, and is not just for those that have a title. All genders and expressions are welcome.

Guided by the rhythms of the natural world, these gatherings follow the cycles of emergence, growth, expansion, rest, and release. Each Circle invites intention setting, reflection, shared inquiry and creativity, allowing insight to unfold over time rather than be forced.

Held in natural settings in Northeastern Ontario, Leadership Circles bring people together in community to practice leadership as a relational act, rooted in trust, care, and belonging. This is a place for dreaming what is possible and for learning how to walk that vision forward, together.

    Fall Circle – October 24, 2026

    Theme: Reflection + Rest

  • Leadership Circles are grounded in our nature-inspired process that invites reflection, honest dialogue, and deeper connection with yourself and others. These full-day gatherings are a chance to slow down, ask meaningful questions, and build the kind of leadership capacity our communities, and our futures, are asking for.

    You can expect:

    • A welcoming, inclusive circle where titles are left at the door and everyone is equal

    • Somatic and nature-based practices to support self-awareness and presence

    • Time to pause, step back from your day-to-day, and reconnect with what truly matters to you

    • Deep listening and real dialogue with others navigating leadership in complex spaces

    • A nourishing environment- beautiful land, nourishing food, and space to just be and not have all the answers

    You’ll leave with:

    • A clearer understanding of what relational, values-based leadership looks and feels like

    • Tools and practices to build trust, connection, and integrity in your work

    • Clarity on the kind of leader you want to be, and what this moment is asking of you

    • A renewed sense of self-trust and the reminder that you’re not doing this alone

    • A felt experience of the kind of space you might want to create for others

This is a leadership practice not a performance. You won’t be asked to hustle, fix, or solve. Just to show up honestly, and explore what’s emerging with others who are doing the same.

  • These circles are for people who are holding space for others, for change, or for systems in transition and are longing to lead in a way that feels more connected, human, and authentic.

    You might be:

    • A community builder, nonprofit leader, or public servant facing uncertainty or burnout

    • A facilitator, educator, or team lead navigating change and complexity

    • A lifelong learner focused on developing and expanding your own leadership practice

    • A person working within systems who wants to create more space for trust, belonging, and transformation

    • A solopreneur, creative, or consultant building something meaningful, but feel isolated and alone

    • A coach or practitioner doing deep, relational work, but rarely receiving it

You don’t need a formal title to be a leader.

If you’re someone who supports others or is being called to reimagine how we gather, make decisions, and move through the world together, this is for you.

This is a space to practice leadership that reflects your values, builds trust, and reminds you that we are all in this together.

  • You’ll join a small group of likeminded peers (maximum 15) in a peaceful, nature-connected setting for a full day of immersive reflection, dialogue, and connection.

    Each Circle Includes:

    • A full-day, in-person facilitated experience (10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

    • A small, intimate group of up to 15 participants

    • Facilitated dialogue and peer learning rooted in curiosity and care

    • Creative tools and somatic practices for deeper insight and integration

    • Time on the land to listen, slow down, and reconnect with your own rhythm

    • A shared lunch and warm refreshments throughout the day

    • A basket of curated items to support you in your leadership practice

    • An optional post-circle virtual follow-up to support reflection and ways to incorporate your new ideas into your leadership practice
