Leadership Circles
Leadership Is Changing. So Are We.
Leadership isn’t a title. It’s a responsibility and a way of being.
In this moment of deep change, many of us are rethinking what leadership actually means—how we hold space, build trust, and create futures that reflect our values.
At Birch + Bloom, Leadership Circles are a response to that call.
These are not networking events, or your average PD day. They are a gathering place for people who lead with heart, who know things need to change, and who are ready to practice a new way forward, together.
Whether you’re holding space for a team, a community, or a business of one, these Circles are designed to support you in becoming the kind of leader the future needs.
Hosted in natural settings in Northeastern Ontario, Leadership Circles are full-day, in-person gatherings designed for purpose-driven people ready to practice leadership, not perform it. In this circle, everyone is equal and titles and roles are left at the door. Here, your presence matters more than your position.
Because the future doesn’t need louder leaders. It needs braver, more connected ones.
✨2026 - Cultivating Leadership through the threshold of change.✨
Join the waitlist below to be the first to register - space is limited.
Nature reminds us that transformation happens in cycles.
The 2026 Leadership Circle Series follows that rhythm. Four gatherings through the year, each one aligned with the threshold between the changing of seasons. Each Circle invites reflection, release, and renewal and an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and practice a way of leading that’s rooted in trust, presence, and belonging.
New for 2026! Join us for our two-day Summer Leadership Camp - a deeper immersive experience held at the height of the season, designed for spacious inquiry, creative exploration, and expanded connection with yourself, others, and the land.
There are multiple ways to enter this practice - one circle at a time, or by joining the full rhythm of the year to develop your own personal leadership practice. You can read about both pathways in the Registration Options section below.
Each gathering is limited to 15 participants to preserve intimacy and depth.
*To honour the continuity and relationship-building of the full-year series, the Summer Leadership Camp has a very limited number of standalone spots available.
Only 5 single-registration seats are offered for Leadership Camp, with the remaining spaces prioritized for full-series participants. This ensures the summer immersive remains grounded, connected, and held with the depth that this kind of work requires.

These circles are for people who are holding space for others, for change, or for systems in transition and are longing to lead in a way that feels more connected, human, and authentic.
You might be:
A community builder, nonprofit leader, or public servant facing uncertainty or burnout
A facilitator, educator, or team lead navigating change and complexity
A lifelong learner focused on developing and expanding your own leadership practice
A person working within systems who wants to create more space for trust, belonging, and transformation
A solopreneur, creative, or consultant building something meaningful, but feel isolated and alone
A coach or practitioner doing deep, relational work, but rarely receiving it
You don’t need a formal title to be a leader.
If you’re someone who supports others or is being called to reimagine how we gather, make decisions, and move through the world together, this is for you.
This is a space to practice leadership that reflects your values, builds trust, and reminds you that we are all in this together.

Leadership Circles are grounded in our nature-inspired process that invites reflection, honest dialogue, and deeper connection with yourself and others. These full-day gatherings are a chance to slow down, ask meaningful questions, and build the kind of leadership capacity our communities, and our futures, are asking for.
You can expect:
A welcoming, inclusive circle where titles are left at the door and everyone is equal
Somatic and nature-based practices to support self-awareness and presence
Time to pause, step back from your day-to-day, and reconnect with what truly matters to you
Deep listening and real dialogue with others navigating leadership in complex spaces
A nourishing environment- beautiful land, nourishing food, and space to just be and not have all the answers
You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of what relational, values-based leadership looks and feels like
Tools and practices to build trust, connection, and integrity in your work
Clarity on the kind of leader you want to be, and what this moment is asking of you
A renewed sense of self-trust and the reminder that you’re not doing this alone
A felt experience of the kind of space you might want to create for others
This is a leadership practice not a performance. You won’t be asked to hustle, fix, or solve. Just to show up honestly, and explore what’s emerging with others who are doing the same.

Leadership Circles in your own words
As the practice of leadership can be deeply personal and vulnerable, some comments have been made anonymous at the request of the participant
“I was blown away by the experience”
“Cristin created a space where a group of strangers came together with trust, vulnerability and authenticity. Every detail was considered before, during and after our time together and that attention allowed me to experience an intense and profound period of growth that I will build upon with intention and gratitude...thank you for holding a gentle, kind, wise, thoughtful space for us to connect.”
“I already can’t wait to participate in the next circle”
“A beautiful day, with such great people. It was truly a refreshing change of pace. [There were] inspiring conversations with room to move around and participate in my own unique ways. ”
“Genuine trust was established among the group fairly immediately and the discussions and connections that followed were open, honest and authentic. I learned a lot about myself, about group dynamics in leadership, and about the value of slowing down and making meaningful, lasting connections”
“The day was magical. If I had to choose the individuals that attended the circle, I don’t believe I could have picked such a courageous, brave, intelligent and caring group!”
