These facilitative coaching style experiences are curated to meet your goals and interests by offering a collaborative, inquiry-based approach to leadership development. Together, we engage in reflective dialogue and guided discovery through a process grounded in the belief that you already hold the wisdom you seek.
Rather than providing advice or strategies, I help you uncover insights and wisdom through powerful questions, creative exploration, nature inspired activities and practices, embodied exploration and deep listening.
This is for anyone that is ready to commit more deeply to their leadership practice. You don’t need an official title to participate.

This work is not formulaic. It’s relational, embodied, and deeply personal.
This practice is grounded in my education in dialogue and civic engagement, decades in leadership roles across multiple sectors, and my own lived experience moving through seasons of profound complexity, grief, and transformation.
It integrates the rigor of organizational leadership and the depth of personal development. It’s informed by what it means to be human, and by the belief that each one of us has gifts to offer the world.
It’s one-on-one, tailored to your goals, grounded in The Birch Circle Framework, and draws on modalities such as:

This is not a traditional leadership training, and is meant to be exploratory. Each journey is held within the Birch Circle Framework and customized based on clients goals, learning style and interests. No experience is the same.

Developed by Cristin, The Birch Circle is a cyclical, nature-based framework that guides how we design and hold space. Developed through decades of facilitation and Cristin’s own lived experience of navigating change, the Birch Circle invites a relational, seasonal way of moving through change and transformation. It informs how we listen, how we gather, and how we support people through whatever season they’re in.

Foundations
A reflective exploration of your unique way of leading
Foundations invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the core of who you are as a leader. This journey will support you through exploring your values, relationships, energy and presence, helping you find steadiness and alignment.
Includes:
An onboarding call to customize this journey to meet your needs, learning style and interests
Six weekly 75-minute sessions (Zoom or hybrid depending on location)
Personalized reflection prompts and embodied practices
Integration voice notes or email support between sessions
Closing reflection + next steps summary
You’ll leave with:
Clarity on your core values and leadership ethos
Practices for staying grounded through uncertainty
Renewed trust in your own way of leading

Immersion
Due to its unique and immersive nature, this experience is for those that have either completed Foundations or attended a Leadership Circle.
Immersion is a personalized, transformative experience for those ready to deepen their leadership practice and bring it fully into their work and life. It’s for those who have already participated in the Foundations Journey or a Leadership Circle and are drawn to develop their own rhythm, capacity, and embodied presence as leaders.
Includes:
An onboarding call to customize this journey to meet your needs, learning style and interests
Eight biweekly 90-minute sessions (Zoom or hybrid depending on location)
Personalized reflection workbook
Creative, embodied and nature-based inquiry
Reflection support between sessions
Final integration session
You’ll leave with:

Greater confidence navigating complexity with presence
